Subscription Cancellation Policy

SportsKinetic.ai is a website owned and operated by ianic AI Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16297118) with its registered office at Unit 14f, Borers Yard, Borers Arms Road, Copthorne West Sussex RH10 3LH UNITED KINGDOM ("we", "us", "our"). We provide a subscription-based digital news and data service aimed at UK consumers. All subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Cooling-off Period | The 14-days after the day you first subscribe, during which you may cancel for any reason under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ("CCR 2013"). |
- You may cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase without giving a reason.
- Digital-content exception: by ticking the consent box at checkout you asked us to start providing the service immediately. Under CCR 2013 you agree that:
- If you cancel within 7 days, we will refund you in full unless you have accessed the service.
- If you have accessed the service, we may deduct a pro-rata amount reflecting the days used before we issue any refund.

We will email you at least 30 days before any price increase or material change takes effect. You may cancel before the change date to avoid the new terms.

- Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Stripe.
- We aim to process approved refunds within 7 days of receiving your valid cancellation request.
- Stripe may take additional time to return funds to your bank or card (outside our control).
- If Stripe is unable to collect payment, we will attempt to take the payment again up to 3 times over 10 days.
- If payment is not received, your access may be suspended. We will email you with steps to update your payment details.
- Repeated chargebacks or disputes may result in immediate termination of your subscription.
We may cancel your subscription on 7 days' written notice if we discontinue the service, or immediately if you materially breach our Terms of Use (e.g., share login details unlawfully). Any prepaid fees for unused full months will be refunded.

This policy and any dispute or claim arising from it are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, though nothing limits your statutory right to bring a claim in the jurisdiction where you reside.
We may update this Cancellation Policy to reflect changes in law, our business, or the service. Where the change is material we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the update.
This Cancellation Policy is intended to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, CCR 2013, the Payment Services Regulations 2017 and other applicable UK consumer protection laws. It does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
